On october 21, Metaproject Group held an emotional ceremony at ENAP Biobío to recognize the dedication, commitment, and excellence of its collaborators.
The event aimed to highlight those who have completed more than five years of service in the company, as well as those who have demonstrated a strong commitment to safety, one of the company’s core pillars.
The awards for more than five years of service were presented to:
- Julio Campos
- Andrea Valenzuela
- Javier Guevara
- Jorge Méndez
Meanwhile, the Recognition for Commitment to Safety were presented to:
- Eduardo Escalona
- René Saldaña
- Matías Mela
- Ronald Bustos
After the ceremony, the awardees shared their thoughts on this recognition, which reflects not only their individual effort but also the teamwork that defines Metaproject ENAP Biobío.
Matías Mela, Civil Works Technical Inspector, stated:
“I believe this recognition is not just for me, but for the entire team, as we always strive to do our best, following standards, regulations, and, above all, safety. We work for a very important company like ENAP and are also part of Metaproject, both major companies at the national level, so we always aim to maintain the highest safety and care standards. It is meaningful that others recognize the work we do.”
Meanwhile, René Saldaña, Operational Driver, remarked:
“I thought it was great to know that the company recognizes the work each of us does here at Metaproject. I never expected it; this is the first time I’ve received something like this. I’m proud to be part of this company.”
