In the context of CESCO Week 2026, Metaproject hosted prominent figures from the international mining industry, during a week marked by an intense schedule of meetings, networking, and opportunity generation in the sector.
Among these visits, high-ranking executives from Chinalco, one of the world's leading mining companies, stood out. Their presence reflects an interest in connecting with Chilean companies experienced in engineering and large-scale project development.
Likewise, Manuel Viera, CEO of Metaproject, welcomed the lawyer, expert in business development and strategies for sustainable projects, and former Vice Minister of Mining of Peru, Augusto Cauti. This meeting allowed for an exchange of perspectives on the development of mining, as well as addressing business opportunities in the region.
At this stage, the presence of businessmen from Angola was added, who arrived in Chile in the context of a meeting promoted by the Chilean Mining Chamber. This meeting allowed for dialogue and the generation of new collaboration possibilities, especially in emerging markets with high development potential.
In this way, Metaproject reaffirms its role as an active player within the international mining ecosystem, strengthening strategic relationships and projecting new business opportunities from the connections made during one of the most active mining weeks in Chile.
