The Ministry of Women and Gender Equality awarded Metaproject Ingeniería e Innovación S.A. the Iguala Seal, a recognition that distinguishes organizations that implement good practices in terms of gender equality and labor equity.
The certification certifies that the company has developed and integrated policies and processes aimed at promoting equal opportunities between women and men, as well as inclusive, respectful and discrimination-free work environments.
The Iguala Seal is delivered after an evaluation process that considers organizational diagnosis, action plans and verifiable progress in internal management and that they are certified in the Chilean standard NCH3262.
Metaproject, with a presence in Chile and Latin America, thus joins the group of companies that have aligned their management with the standards defined by public policy on gender equality. The company pointed out that this recognition is the result of systematic and sustained work by our HR, Prevention, Organizational Development and Operations areas, and that it is part of a long-term strategic vision.
Obtaining the Iguala Seal is framed in a national context where the promotion of gender equality has been consolidated as a relevant axis for the sustainable development, competitiveness and modernization of organizations, especially in sectors such as engineering, innovation and high-impact projects.
