Metaproject celebrates 10 years of service without accidents with lost time at ENAP Aconcagua
The milestone recognizes a decade of operational excellence, preventive culture and human commitment in the Inspection and Facility Services contract for the Enap Aconcagua Refinery
Metaproject Group held a recognition ceremony together with ENAP Refinerías Aconcagua to commemorate 10 consecutive years of execution of the contract “Inspection and Complementary Services to Facility Services” without accidents with lost time, an outstanding achievement in terms of job security, people management and operational excellence.
The activity brought together representatives of ENAP, contractor companies, unions and the entire service team, reaffirming the value of collaborative work and preventive culture as strategic pillars of the contract. During the day, the CEO and founder of Metaproject Group, Manuel Viera, highlighted that “behind every process there are people committed to doing things well, even in the most demanding contexts.”

Awards
The event included the presentation of institutional awards to collaborators and contract leaders. In the case of Metaproject Group's recognition of the Inspection Service team at ENAP Aconcagua for these 10 years without lost-time accidents, Andrea Barra, the team's risk prevention specialist, accepted the award on behalf of her colleagues. The award was presented by our Vice President of Operations, Dominique Viera. In addition, commemorative gifts were given to each of the members present, and special awards for professional achievement and leadership over the past decade were presented to Daniela Saavedra and Mauricio Rossel by our CEO and our Deputy Manager of Human Resources and Labor Relations, Alicia Vargas.
In a brief speech, Dominique Viera recalled the beginnings of this, our first service at ENAP, which initially started with 6 people and now has over twenty professionals, marking the beginning of a long-term relationship between Metaproject and the refinery.
Daniela Saavedra, the contract administrator, stated at the meeting, “If we are here today, it is thanks to the individual talent of each of us dedicated to the team. Maintaining a contract for a decade is not a matter of luck or inertia; it is the direct result of discipline. A client doesn't stay for ten years because of what we did on the first day, but because of what we do every morning: answering that urgent email, solving that technical problem, responding to a complaint, and maintaining our standard of excellence when fatigue sets in or when it's an emergency. We have always delivered!”
Speaking on behalf of the Metaproject team was Mauricio Rossel, who began providing the service 10 years ago. He highlighted the consistent and safe work of the staff and the development of trust between employees, the company, and the client over this decade of uninterrupted service without lost-time accidents.
