As part of efforts to encourage and promote the incorporation of future mining leaders into the industry, this morning saw the signing of the \u201cCooperation Agreement for the employability of members of the Chilean Mining Students' Center (CEM) and Metaproject,\u201d which aims to bring both organizations together to benefit students.<\/p>\n
The alliance seeks to collaborate in the dissemination of projects developed by each of the parties, allowing access to the CEM members' database so that Metaproject can recruit interns and trainees for its engineering and services areas.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis agreement with the Chilean Mining Students' Center is essential for Metaproject, as we need to train the future leaders of the mining industry,\u201d said Metaproject CEO Manuel Viera.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
The alliance was celebrated in a ceremony at Metaproject's headquarters, attended by the management team led by Manuel Viera Flores, CEO; Isabel Pe\u00f1ailillo, Chair of the Board of Directors; Dominique Viera, VP of Operations; Kathleen Viera, VP of Administration and Finance; V\u00edctor Silva, Services Manager; V\u00edctor Arce, Engineering Manager; Lorena Penna, Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety Leader; and Valentina Molin\u00e9s, Vice President of the Chilean Mining Students Center (CEM) and Engineering Trainee for Metaproject proposals.<\/p>\n
