We achieved a 41% female workforce, the highest in our history

Our company currently has a 41% female workforce, above the average for so-called masculinized industries, such as mining and the petrochemical sector.

We hope to see this important step in the development and maturity of our organization reflected as an example to other companies in the sector.

We extend the recognition to HR, Operations, Quality and Administration, for working on equality and inclusion; but above all in the development of human potential to Put Dreams into Action with Engineering and Innovation.
