Talk: “Astromining a necessity for humanity”

Manuel Viera, CEO of Metaproject and President of the Chilean Institute of Astromining, held an online talk organized by the Rotary Club La Serena Oriente, called: “Astromining, a necessity for humanity.”

Based on the above, Dr. Viera addressed “Non-Traditional Mining” (Space Mining), understanding the challenges driven by the demand for non-metallic elements such as lithium, rare earths, nickel and metals such as zinc and sodium at through new developments in mining.
