METAPROJECT OBTAINS NCH 3262 CERTIFICATION

Dear and esteemed colleagues, I am proud to report that as an organization we have achieved the Chilean certification of Management of Gender Equality and Labor, Personal and Family Conciliation #NCH3262. Which is added to the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications.

Our recognition to the areas of Quality, HR, Operations, Administration and Support, for obtaining this certification that is in line with our gender equality and inclusion policy.

This is an important step in the development and maturity of our organization, which we hope will also be reflected in an example to other companies in the mining, petrochemical, energy and transportation sectors, in which we are present.

We thank all the colleagues in the different services throughout Chile, for their constant effort and work to make METAPROJECT S.A. what a great organization it is.

We currently have a 36% female staff, above the average of the so-called masculinized industries, such as mining and the petrochemical sector.
