In this context, a heartfelt ceremony was held on Monday, March 10, at ENAP Aconcagua to recognize a group of professionals who have played a fundamental role in executing our services at the state-owned energy company.
A Ceremony of Recognition and Gratitude
The event was attended by distinguished representatives from both Metaproject and ENAP. Representing our company was Kathleen Viera, Metaproject’s Vice President of Administration and Finance, along with a team of leaders committed to the professional development of our workforce. From ENAP, attendees included Gabriel Zapata, Head of the Department of Personnel Services, and his team; Paquita Bustamante, Head of the Department of Third-Party Management, and her team; as well as the ENAP Risk Prevention team.
During the ceremony, the importance of commitment, safety, and operational excellence—core values of Metaproject Group—was highlighted. The central part of the event featured the presentation of recognition plaques to 15 employees who have dedicated over five years of service at ENAP Aconcagua, along with special acknowledgments for two professionals who have excelled in responsibility and safety commitment.

🔹 Nelson del Canto Gaete, construction support service worker, expressed his gratitude: “I am very grateful to Metaproject for the opportunity it gave us to be included in this contract. We have received a lot of support in every way. I am very happy and thankful for this company, which has maintained its presence at ENAP over time.”
🔹 Raúl Henríquez Arévalo, driver at the Quintero Terminal, shared his emotions: “On June 1, I will complete 26 years in this role. I am extremely grateful to Metaproject, which has been one of the best companies I have worked for. Honestly, I was very moved by the recognition I received. My experience throughout these years has been fantastic—I couldn’t be happier and more satisfied.”
🔹 Miguel Gajardo Bustos, internal operations service driver at ENAP, highlighted his career: “I started at ENAP as a driver, and I feel immensely happy to receive this recognition for the many years of service I have dedicated. On November 8, 2024, I will have completed 38 uninterrupted years working here for ENAP services.”
